Christian is also acting President & general manager for the North America geography and in that role he is responsible for North America sales, daily operations, growth and profitability of the region -- encompassing the United States and Canada.
Prior to this he was vice president, Worldwide Relationship Model and was responsible for creating Lenovo's sales processes and organizations for enterprise customers, after Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM's PC division in 2005. Christian joined Lenovo from IBM where he was vice president of Sales Operations for IBM's Personal Systems Group.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Hohenheim and a Masters of Business Administration from the Business Academy in Stuttgart, Germany.
